Not sure what remote Model works with your TV?

Model 1 (UBRC01) is for Watervue Bathroom TVs which where purchased from 2008-2017 with noticeable speaker grills located on the bottom front of the tv  the original remote you would have got would have been the full black version which has not changed in colour to full white remote (see image examples) also if you purchased a 32" and 43" which required external speakers you would need Model 1 version.

Model 2 (UBRC02) is for any model purchased from 2018 onwards, you will notice the front of the tv is made of glass and there is no visible speaker grills on the front but does have built in hidden speakers
