Q- How to tune in the tv
A- Please ensure the Ariel cable is plugged into the DVB-T2 port on the back and do the following, Input DVB-T - Menu à Channel Setup - Auto Scan
Q - How can I get sky on my tv
A- We recommend you connect your skybox via HDMI to the tv
Q - when I use apps such as Netflix I can't navigate it
A- On the remote, you will find a blue coloured button, press that button, it will activate the mouse which will allow you to navigate certain apps like Netflix
Q - How do i connect to external speakers
A - Ensure the speakers you are using have a 3.5mm jack port and use a 3.5mm Aux cable to connect the tv to the speaker/ Amp
Q - How come your Waterproof Televisions are cheaper than your direct competitors who offer similar products?

Q - Do I get a new warranty when I get a replacement
A - Uncertainty sometimes arises when a product is replaced under a warranty. This does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement. In essence, the contract that you make at the time of sale, which includes the warranty, is formed at the time when you paid the money. Issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement. It does not mean that you receive a new warranty. Therefore, it is important to be aware that your original warranty will expire on the original purchase, rather than the clock being re-set on the warranty at the time when your item is replaced.
Q - Am I able to purchase additional warranty on top of the 2 years free I receive?
A- We can offer you additional years warranty at only £49 per year.
Q - What happens if I am not happy with my Television after purchase?
A - Not a problem, all televisions sold come with 14 days hassle free returns start from the day of receiving delivery of your item. This covers all products purchased from us online/ over the phone.
Q - Can i watch Sky on my new Waterproof TV?
A - Certainly, however, you will need to purchase an additional product called a Magic Eye. For queries please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department
Q - Will the steam from the bathroom cause the screen to mist?
