Warranty

Our televisions are built to the latest regulations in safety and waterproofing. They feature heated screens to prevent the front misting up in humid conditions and come with a splash-proof remote control. For this reason, we are happy to offer a 2 year manufactures warranty and with all our music systems we offer 1 year manufactures warranty, In the event of a defect in workmanship or materials. Please keep your invoice/ order number of the original purchase as this would be required to validate your warranty in the unlikely event of any issues with your television or music system. you are entitled to a repair and only if the unit is unrepairable we will issue a replacement unit.

The manufacturer's warranty will not cover faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. in the case of this, we do offer a repair service which will come at a cost.

Please note we do not cover any labour costs so it is advised that the installer is booked after receiving your order.

Replacement or Repair Of Goods

In the case, you are sending your unit back to us due to damage or internal component faults, we are entitled to initiate a repair and only if the goods are redeemed unrepairable a replacement will be issued.

Please note when a product is replaced or repaired under a warranty. This does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement or repair. In essence, the contract that you make at the time of sale, which includes the warranty, is formed at the time when you paid the money. Issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement. It does not mean that you receive a new warranty. Therefore, it is important to be aware that your original warranty will expire on the original purchase, rather than the clock being re-set on the warranty at the time when your item is replaced or repaired.

LED Display Pixel Policy

It is not uncommon for one or more sub-pixels to become fixed in an unchanged state; they may either appear as a bright sub-pixel or a dark sub-pixel. Bright or dark pixels can occur during the production of an LED panel; this is not considered a defect.1-3 inactive pixels is considered acceptable and within industry standard – this is not only our standard but an industry standard for all LED panels.

ISO 13406-2 Standard for LCD Screen Pixel Faults

All Bathroom TV products use LCD LED panels; by using the LCD LED panels and follow the ISO 13406-2 standard.

The standard of production techniques today cannot guarantee an absolutely fault free screen display. A few isolated constant lit or unlit pixels may be present.
