1. Top of the Lake (BBC)
Top of The Lake follows the story of a 12-year-old girl, who at 5 months pregnant, strangely disappears, and it becomes the job of investigating detective Robin Griffin to find her. Due to hit our screens on BBC Two in late 2013, it’s a definite must-see.
2. The Fall (BBC)
The Fall is an upcoming crime-drama series due to hit our screens in February 2013, on BBC Two. The series follows senior police officer Stella Gibson (played by Gillian Anderson) in her quest at investigating a string of murders that are terrorizing the city of Belfast. If you’re a fan of crime-thrillers, then this exciting and new series is definitely not one to be missed.
3. Mr Selfridge (ITV)
Due to grace your screens every Sunday at 9pm is ITV’s long awaited period drama series, Mr Selfridge. The series, set in 1909, follows the story of retailer Harry Gordon Selfridge and the launch of his world-famous London store, Selfridges. The series aired its first episode last week, so be sure to catch up on the exciting introduction before you set about enjoying the rest!
